Lamination

Lamination is often the final ingredient that sets your job apart from all the rest. Ei can hot or cold laminate up to 3.2m width pieces. We have a full range of hot and cold laminates including UV resistant laminates. We also provide specialty laminates such as dry erase and non-skid lamination for floor graphics.

Erawan's AquaSEAL Liquid Laminator is the newest technology in low cost lamination. The AquaSEAL Liquid Laminator applies a smooth liquid laminate coating up to 1.2 mm thick to a wide range of flexible materials up to 60" wide, for applications that include billboards, vehicle and building signage, promotions, pop-ups, trade show, and fleet graphics. This laminating system makes larger quantities of large format digital prints economical to produce. Available laminates:

Mounting

Many graphics need to be mounted to complete the job.  Ei has not forgotten this important step. The pressure sensitive adhesives that we use can withstand the test of time in most weather conditions. We can mount to a variety of substrates including:

Superb quality indoor prints are nominally output on Hewlett-Packard 5500 using the ONYX and PosterJet RIPs. With a huge combination of water-based inks (including UV resistant inks), papers and finishing materials we can handle a wide variety of jobs. Printed width can be up to 1.5 m (60") and almost unlimited in length on these machines.

Erawan uses a NUR Ultima HiQ 3200 macroprinter for our outdoor banners/signage. This printer extends our print coverage to 3.2 m (10.5 ft) widths, doubling the width of our HP 5500 workhorse printers and earlier NUR Salsa 10s models. This means exciting new opportunities and production efficiencies for large format users, particularly for exhibition and billboard applications. Finishing

With a wealth of experience in large format digital printing, we can advise you of the best combination of print materials, inks and finishing for your job. Every job goes through a series of colour tests to ensure you get the best possible print on the chosen materials. We will inform you, timescales permitting, if an alternative combination of paper and finishing material will give a better result overall result. We also provide a finishing service specifically for large format digital print output. By using high quality ink jet compatible finishing films, your prints last longer and have a better finish overall. All finishing is carried out in-house giving us full control of quality and timescales to ensure your job is completed on schedule.
