Sending your files for printing or replication on CDs and DVDs is perfectly acceptable, but can be circumvented for many jobs where speed, convenience, and accuracy are essential. Slow file transfers negate the benefits of digital offset printing, so far as delivery time is concerned. Sending files by courier or via postal services is also costly and subject to delays, losses etc.
We welcome native files all commercial print, page layout, illustration and painting programs. Naturally, there are some exceptions to this with some of the lesser used packages, which we are not licensed to use. If you are using such packages, please confirm with us.
Under such circumstances we welcome PDF files. The ability to make Press Ready PDFs is also a huge advantage. See www.adobe.com/support/downloads for more.
