Erawan offers a digital video authoring service for your DVD projects:
Video Tapes : We accept MiniDV, DVcam, BetaCam, 8mm, & sVHS. Track times should be clearly marked on each tape and each segment should begin with a countdown. Compression should be off where applicable.
Alternate Audio Tracks : If you choose to have alternate audio track(s), supply the audio on MiniDV tape or a Quicktime, Wav, or Aiff file at 16bit stereo, 48KHz sampling rate. If you send files, edit them to be in sync with your video. Send files to our FTP site(call for details).
Images & Graphics :
Clients must ensure that source materials are carefully checked and tested prior to supply to Ei for authoring.
Sources should be carefully assembled and edited, along with audio and additional digital elements/assets. Errors prior to encoding will be reproduced during conversion to MPEG2 video. All authoring fees must be paid in-full in advance. Errors during the encoding process due to faulty sources are the responsibility of the client. The sole remedy under such cirumstances is for the client to supply a new source material. Additional charges may be levied for repeat encoding, and such will be assessed at the sole discretion of Ei. These notes form an integral part of our terms and conditions.
